Scope

TBE provides visual condition observations, photo documentation, local contact support, guest support, readiness checks, and coordination services. TBE does not provide licensed home inspections, engineering opinions, security monitoring, medical services, emergency dispatch, legal advice, insurance adjusting, or licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trade work.

Emergencies

For an immediate threat to life, safety, fire, or active crime, contact 911 or the appropriate public emergency service first.

Authorization

Property access, vendor coordination, purchases, repairs, and guest assistance may require written authorization and reimbursement arrangements.
